智慧水务在高校建筑二次供水的应用研究

随着“互联网+”、物联网和智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧城市的(de)发展,现代化(hua)的(de)服务(wu)(wu)管理逐渐渗(shen)透到水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)行业,智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能、自控感知等技术提升供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)系统管理备(bei)受关注(zhu)。校园(yuan)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)是(shi)利用信息化(hua)技术获得、处理、反馈并公开水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)信息,进而高效管理校园(yuan)给水(shui)(shui)(shui)、直(zhi)饮(yin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)、热(re)水(shui)(shui)(shui)、景观用水(shui)(shui)(shui)和排水(shui)(shui)(shui)收集处理再利用,建(jian)成从(cong)“源头(tou)到龙头(tou)”供(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)全流程节约系统,是(shi)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧校园(yuan)的(de)一部分。目(mu)前,全国高校智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)建(jian)设仍处于起步和发展阶(jie)段。

一、供水现状调研

(一) 存在问题

为初步掌握全国高校(xiao)供水(shui)(shui)现状(zhuang),分析存(cun)在问题(ti),针对性地提供解决方(fang)案,从(cong)2018年(nian)开始,陆(lu)续调研(yan)多(duo)所院(yuan)校(xiao)供水(shui)(shui)整体情况,内容(rong)涵(han)盖水(shui)(shui)源、给(ji)水(shui)(shui)管网、二次(ci)供水(shui)(shui)、用水(shui)(shui)终端及(ji)信息化。调研(yan)发现的问题(ti)如下: 

(1)安全问题。首先(xian),管(guan)件老化(hua)且铸(zhu)铁管(guan)壁逐 年脆化(hua)形成大(da)面积沙(sha)眼,导致管(guan)道存在不同(tong)程度腐(fu) 蚀(shi)漏损(sun),进(jin)而引起(qi)水质二次(ci)污染。其次(ci),供水设 备老旧,不定时(shi)出现故障。

(2)电(dian)耗(hao)水耗(hao)问题。供水系统建设(she)不(bu)重(zhong)视节能减排(pai),以(yi)至于设(she)备运行产生诸多能耗(hao)问题。例(li)如:水泵水箱选型大(da),运转过程电(dian)耗(hao)严重(zhong);个别院校(xiao)管 路(lu)老(lao)化(hua)破损(sun),跑、冒、滴(di)、漏现象(xiang)时有发生,水耗(hao)显著。

(3)运维管理问题。传统的校园水务运维主要依赖后勤人员巡检。若泵房跨距大,各泵房间协调管理需要高校投入更多成本。此外,每台供水设备 的信息化管理水平参差不齐,若想一个平台自动化管理所有设备,困难重重。

(二(er))成功案(an)例(li)

随着(zhe)智(zhi)慧城市和智(zhi)慧水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)技术(shu)的(de)发展,部分高(gao)校(xiao)逐(zhu)渐尝试在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)管理(li)中应用(yong)(yong)新技术(shu)。例如:山西大学(xue)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)PLC和工控机组成(cheng)的(de)双控制(zhi)(zhi)器维(wei)持系统(tong)(tong)的(de) 持续(xu)运行,保证持续(xu)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)。二(er)次供水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)采用(yong)(yong)一对一变频(pin)(pin)控制(zhi)(zhi)模式,水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)启停压力更(geng)加平稳;并且由于多个变频(pin)(pin)器之(zhi)间互(hu)为备(bei)用(yong)(yong),使(shi)设备(bei)的(de)故(gu)障率降(jiang)低 了50%以(yi)(yi)上(shang),配合(he)电源管理(li)模块可实时(shi)采集(ji)每台(tai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)运行数据。此外,控制(zhi)(zhi)系统(tong)(tong)增加软件(jian)自(zi)检功能,这个功能可以(yi)(yi)排除肉眼难以(yi)(yi)发现的(de)故(gu)障及潜(qian)在(zai)隐(yin)患(huan),使(shi)系统(tong)(tong)的(de)安全性得到提高(gao)。智(zhi)慧水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)能从多方面(mian)解决高(gao)校(xiao)供水(shui)(shui)(shui)难题。目前多数成(cheng)功案例仅完成(cheng)了局部节能改(gai)造(zao),高(gao)校(xiao)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)智(zhi)慧水(shui)(shui)(shui)务(wu)(wu)技术(shu)改(gai)造(zao)或新建二(er)次供水(shui)(shui)(shui)系统(tong)(tong),可以(yi)(yi)从以(yi)(yi)下几方面(mian)深入实践。

二、校园智慧(hui)水务应用思路

(一)提升水质水量监测效果

完善水(shui)(shui)质在线(xian)监(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)统(tong)(tong),加强(qiang)监(jian)(jian)测市(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)供水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)质,同(tong)时加强(qiang)监(jian)(jian)测校(xiao)园(yuan)二次(ci)供水(shui)(shui)泵房的水(shui)(shui)质,重点监(jian)(jian)测龙头水(shui)(shui)的水(shui)(shui)质。与此同(tong)时,在线(xian)监(jian)(jian)测系(xi)统(tong)(tong)必须 全过程监(jian)(jian)测从(cong)市(shi)政(zheng)(zheng)供水(shui)(shui)到(dao)楼宇管道末端管网(wang)系(xi)统(tong)(tong)的 水(shui)(shui)压水(shui)(shui)量,掌握校(xiao)园(yuan)用水(shui)(shui)特点,若发(fa)现(xian)用水(shui)(shui)量异(yi)常,需按照不同(tong)的统(tong)(tong)计周期,统(tong)(tong)计用水(shui)(shui)压水(shui)(shui)量,数 据做同(tong)环、同(tong)比分(fen)析(xi)。

(二)二次供水泵房改造

将现状二(er)(er)次供水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)改造(zao)成标准化泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)或新(xin)(xin)建(jian)标准化泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)。建(jian)设项目(mu)包含终端监(jian)(jian)测(能耗(hao)(hao)、流量、液(ye)位、压(ya)力等)、安(an)防监(jian)(jian)测、部分设备(bei)更新(xin)(xin)。终端监(jian)(jian)测系统(tong)采(cai)集(ji)能耗(hao)(hao)、流量、液(ye)位、压(ya)力等信(xin)息,并根据数(shu)据信(xin)息控制二(er)(er)次泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)开启(qi)与关闭,使(shi)其适(shi)应不同的(de)(de)运行(xing)(xing)环(huan)境(jing) 。运行(xing)(xing)过程中,安(an)装泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)安(an)防监(jian)(jian)控系统(tong),监(jian)(jian)控泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)环(huan)境(jing)和管理人员出入,当意外情况发生(sheng)时(shi),保(bao)证(zheng)及时(shi)报警,提升泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)运行(xing)(xing)安(an)全性。泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)采(cai)用(yong)精细化建(jian)模,通过三(san)维平(ping)(ping)台(tai) 的(de)(de)漫游功(gong)能和现场视(shi)频监(jian)(jian)控设备(bei),对(dui)泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)内部进行(xing)(xing)多视(shi)角浏览。泵(beng)(beng)房(fang)(fang)管网采(cai)用(yong)不锈钢管,延长管道使(shi)用(yong)年限,确保(bao)无(wu)锈迹(ji)污染水(shui)质。如管网系统(tong)前端采(cai)用(yong)无(wu)负压(ya)供水(shui),水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)一(yi)般选(xuan)择(ze)两用(yong)一(yi)备(bei),交替运转。由于(yu)每(mei)个(ge)水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)损耗(hao)(hao)不同, 传统(tong)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)很难(nan)在运行(xing)(xing)过程中合(he)理控制水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)轮换,但(dan)是智慧水(shui)务平(ping)(ping)台(tai)能监(jian)(jian)测水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)实时(shi)工况点,完成合(he)理轮换,使(shi)泵(beng)(beng)组(zu)配置更加合(he)理,符合(he)国家节能降(jiang)耗(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)要求,保(bao)证(zheng)二(er)(er)次供水(shui)方(fang)(fang)案更具有(you)实践指导价(jia)值。 

三、管网技术(shu)改造

(一)管网及水量漏损(sun)管理

按照数字工厂与数字城市要求,将管网施工图和(he)物(wu)探(tan)工(gong)程结(jie)合(he),摸清地(di)(di)下管(guan)线(xian)的位置和(he)空间(jian)层(ceng)次,对校园地(di)(di)下管(guan)网(wang)(wang)进行(xing)三(san)维(wei)建模,展现地(di)(di)下管(guan)线(xian)的埋深、走向、属性、管(guan)径(jing)、材质(zhi)、碰撞分析、管(guan)网(wang)(wang)间(jian)距、工(gong)井(jing)结(jie)构等(deng)(deng)信息,管(guan)网(wang)(wang)现状一目了(le)然。这项技(ji)术可以规避施(shi)工(gong)安(an)装造成的不合(he)理,便于运行(xing)维(wei)护(hu)。通过计量装置,对用水(shui)情况进行(xing)精准计量,并结(jie)合(he)水(shui)听(ting)器(qi)、压力监测、噪声(sheng)监测等(deng)(deng)手段,科学分析确定(ding)管(guan)网(wang)(wang)漏损点。

(二)建筑内(nei)给水管(guan)道系统优化(hua)

在供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)立管(guan)顶端设置回流管(guan)路,形成建筑(zhu)内部循环(huan)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)单元,缩短(duan)自(zi)来水(shui)(shui)(shui)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)力停留(liu)时(shi)(shi)间,保证及时(shi)(shi)更新(xin)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。建筑(zhu)内部循环(huan)供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)单元户内采用(yong)新(xin)型链(lian)状(zhuang)、环(huan)状(zhuang)配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)方式,其配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)道链(lian)状(zhuang)、环(huan)状(zhuang)连(lian)接可以通过局部阻力损失较小的双承弯阀件实现。末端配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan) 布置成环(huan)状(zhuang)时(shi)(shi),任(ren)意一(yi)个用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)设备投入使用(yong),整个配(pei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)管(guan)网的水(shui)(shui)(shui)便开始流动,自(zi)来水(shui)(shui)(shui)在管(guan)道内的停留(liu) 时(shi)(shi)间就(jiu)会缩短(duan),其被污(wu)染的风险可极大降低。 

四、搭(da)建智慧(hui)水(shui)务平台 

“智(zhi)慧”是指信息(xi)技(ji)术人(ren)员(yuan)建(jian)立的(de)(de)数(shu)据(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)能对错综(zong)复杂(za)的(de)(de)数(shu)据(ju)信息(xi)实(shi)时分析,迅速处理(li),从而得到(dao)解决专业问题的(de)(de)应用算(suan)法,并(bing)将其集(ji)成到(dao)共享软(ruan)件(jian)平(ping)台,此(ci)过(guo)程(cheng)相当(dang)于(yu)发挥“人(ren)脑”的(de)(de)作用,实(shi)现(xian)预(yu)警(jing)预(yu)测。智(zhi)慧水(shui)务平(ping)台采集(ji)数(shu)据(ju),通过(guo)校园网(wang)或移动网(wang)络等云计算(suan)服务租(zu)赁,将信息(xi)上(shang)传到(dao)云端的(de)(de)水(shui)系统大(da)数(shu)据(ju)中(zhong)心(xin)进行数(shu)据(ju)加工处理(li)、数(shu)据(ju)存储和(he)融(rong)合供给、数(shu)据(ju)应用,如此(ci)庞大(da)的(de)(de)数(shu)据(ju)平(ping)台可提供多种(zhong)服务。

智慧水务平台(tai)一般由多个系(xi)统集成,常见的集成系(xi)统有以下几种:

平台(tai)水质(zhi)监测(ce)系(xi)统数(shu)(shu)据(ju)分析过程较为(wei)(wei)复(fu)杂。第一(yi)步,监测(ce)员每(mei)天取(qu)水样 测(ce)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)(hua)验(yan)(yan)值,并由(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)验(yan)(yan)班长(zhang)审(shen)核(he)填报数(shu)(shu)值,化(hua)(hua)(hua)验(yan)(yan)主管审(shen)批,并将最终(zhong)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)放(fang)到数(shu)(shu)据(ju)库。监测(ce)员登(deng)录平台(tai),找到系(xi)统“水质(zhi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)验(yan)(yan)”模块,将数(shu)(shu)据(ju)库信息归 类整理,作为(wei)(wei)进水和(he)出水水质(zhi)分析的标准和(he)依据(ju)。第二步,平台(tai)实(shi)时水质(zhi)监测(ce),得到的数(shu)(shu)据(ju)与平台(tai)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)库对(dui)比分析,做出判断结论。 

(2)设备运行维护系统(tong)。

五(wu)、结语
